Description

An original 1st issue of Physical Graffiti on the UK Swan label. Matrix A1/B5/D1/C1. Please note there's no mention of the Warner Brothers logo in the perimeter text on the labels - this is indicative of 1st issue. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original die-cut Culderstead printed cover. Which includes the Gothic Printers White credit insert and both original heavy-card inner sleeves. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+/Ex+/Ex+/Ex+) In absolutely superb condition and has seen only the very lightest of use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Without a doubt this is level with the nicest sounding copy of Graffiti that I've ever auditioned..because quite frankly it is getting close to perfect. Even in those very low-key slow build tracks - there's no back ground interference at all. It plays super super clean - perfect clarity and maximum transparency. All we could detect was a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments  - yes it really is that good. FINAL UPGRADE. 
Cover (Ex-) Often found in a bit worse for wear condition due to the relative complexity of design - this specimen is well above average. Lovely clean front and back with the die-cut windows remaining nice and sharp. Just some wear up in the top-right on the rear. Edge wear is mostly light, slightly more along the bottom edge as is common. Text on spine is only partially visible and there is some fading. Overall the cover retains great rigidity and still retains that box-shape.
Insert (Ex) Often attracts a bit of foxing. Not here - it's perfectly white with no ageing. "April 1975" in biro top-centre.
Inners (Ex+) Immaculate with no splits.
