Description
This is a first UK issue with the Kings Road address on the sleeve and no Warner Bros on record labels.
The matrix numbers on the records are ;
SSK 89400 A3
SSK 89400 B5
SSK 89400 C1
SSK 89400 D1
I have inspected the records and play tested them.
Side 1 has a 5mm scratch at the end of track 1 and start of track 2. This causes clicks to be heard right at the end of track 1 , in between the tracks and for a few seconds of track 2. There is also in the same area a handling mark that runs for 2cm but parallel to the grooves. I think it is the scratch that causes the clicks. There are no other issues and other than above it plays through with excellent sound quality.
Side 2 has some very light handling marks which are only noticeable on close inspection that do not affect play. It plays excellently.I would say the 1st record is In EX condition.
Sides 3 & 4 appear to have had very little play and I can’t see any marks. They play through without any issues and with excellent sound quality. I would say the 2nd record is in EX+ condition. There is a mark to the label on side 4.
The outer sleeve is in VG + condition. The sleeve is starting to come apart at the join where glued.
The 2 inners are in VG + condition and as per the outer sleeve are starting to come apart where glued.
The cardboard inner with track listing is in EX condition.
The records have lately been kept in plain white inners which I will use for posting in a quality record mailer .
