Cover really is excellent for age, with no real creases to the card, but only creases in the laminate when tilted to the light. Spine is still perfect. Comes in original paper/poly sleeve.

Vinyl: hairlines on side one, tracks 3 and 4, feelable short scratch towards end of track 4, but barely audible apart from one or two faint clicks; couple of very minor scratches on side two that I can see, but neither affects play. Nothing that would make you regret buying this record.
