Description
The famous first "self titled" album with the turquoise lettering Atlantic plum and red label. Possibly the most collectible vinyl album of all time. Everything is correct, Matrix numbers 588171 A1 / B1 with no overstamp, coveted Superhype and Jewel credits in correct position on both label faces, inner sleeve is original. There were an estimated 2,000 of these first press turquoise albums released and for obvious reasons are now as rare as hens teeth. This record has surface marks and light static throughout. It has no major flaws, no skips or jumps and plays quite well. The cover is average with some water marks and slight blistering. Lettering is clear and no doubt about authenticity.
