Description

This is a VG++ copy of Amy Records 11,057 from 1969---Give It Up b/w Candy Yam by the incomparable Lee Dorsey. Both sides written by Allen Toussaint (who ALWAYS deserves a top 'o the hat). This is the very first pressing on the basic Amy label---later pressings have the more stylized Amy logo. These are getting hard to find. I rate this visually at VG++ (a shade less than NM). A great slab of New Orleans soul funk! This does come with original label sleeve albeit a bit worn out. Media Mail in US $5.50; International rates to be determined.
