Description

Up for grabs is one of my all-time favorite "lost soul" records of the '70s.  Lee Dorsey, Allen Toussaint and The Meters made a masterpiece -- one that was virtually ignored upon its release.  Since then, it's become a grail of sorts -- one of those records that R&B / soul lovers hunt for.

And the bottom line is -- it's just a great LP.  Funky R&B at its finest -- and a pleasure to listen to from beginning to end.
I got this in the '90s from a collector and I've loved owning it.  But I'm trying to pare down -- and pass this on to another Dorsey fan.
It's in spectacular condition.  Still in shrink -- and the disc itself plays like its almost brand new.  Free from surface noise and almost no other sonic flaws throughout.  Note that I took one photo of the cover with flash and one without -- to show as much detail as possible.
