CONDITION DETAILS Vinyl plays nicely, with some occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks good, a few creases and moderate scuffing (front/back); some small surface abrasions and impressions on front. Back is generally discolored with darker discoloration spots. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine is somewhat readable with developing splits. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD If you're looking for evidence of Lee Hazlewood: the weirdo, this album will not disappoint. Hazlewood usually sounds like Johnny Cash gone pop, with soused accompaniment by such estimable session greats as guitarist James Burton and drummer Hal Blaine. Check out She's Funny That Way, which suddenly fades into an excerpt of Ray Charles' Drown in My Own Tears; there's also Pour Man', a jaunty ballad sung by a convicted murderer on his last night of life. Forget Marie is reasonably solid country-pop in the style of the material he fashioned for Nancy Sinatra.
