Description

Lee Konitz "The Real Lee Konitz" 1957 Atlantic 1273 mono.  Deep groove black-label release. Lee and his band at a live date at the Midway Lounge in Pittsburgh; the remote recording sounds surprisingly good. Sleeve is in great shape, still shiny with only the slightest scuff front and back (see photos), an Excellent minus (EX-) sleeve.  Vinyl is super nice visually, and you need a strong light to see even some light scuff, which is not affecting playback.  Side A starts with some light crackle then quiets down beautifully on both sides, some spindle scuff on both sides' labels, overall I'll call this one an Excellent minus (EX-) record. Just cleaned with a VPI wet-vac system.  I'll pay the shipping via USPS Media Mail.
