"Rainbow" label and deep groove both sides. No address on back cover.
Record looks VG++ and plays VG+ to VG++. Most of record plays VG++, ballad plays VG+. Few light scuffs. No scratches. Grooves do not look heavily worn.
Cover is VG.
Front cover has moderate overall wear with some kind of staining or damage under the laminate at the bottom in the middle. Some small pieces of the slick missing at the bottom. Back cover has heavy wear with ring wear at the top and water damage at the bottom. No split seams. Spine not split and print is bright and readable. Small spots of heavy wear at the corners.
