This album is unique within Lee Morgan's vast and rich Blue Note discography. With then current employer Art Blakey, band mate Bobby Timmons on piano, Paul Chambers on bass and Jackie McLean on alto saxophone, the trumpeter abandons time constraints and stretches out on four, soulful, hard-bop compositions (the first and the last are by Cal Massey). These hard bop masters are constantly inspired by Blakey's explosive grooves.

Domestic (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska): If the Standard shipping option is chosen during checkout your order will be sent out via USPS Media Mail with no tracking or insurance. Please be aware that you choose this option at your own risk! Orders placed using the Expedited shipping option will be sent out via FedEx with online tracking and insurance. Tracking numbers will be sent at the winning buyers request.

Canada: Standard shipping for Canada is FedEx. Charges for all shipping methods are based on actual weight. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be based on actual weight.

Overseas: For packages lighter than five pounds, Airmail will be least expensive. Otherwise, we recommend FedEx as it is faster and safer than Airmail, and we are able to track your package through FedEx. We will ship through the United States Postal Service at your request. Please understand that shipping overseas through USPS can take up to four weeks. Also, we cannot track orders through USPS, and in the event that an order is lost, we cannot start a claim for 75 days with an additional four weeks for processing.

We will ship according to your preference, but if you do not specify a shipping method, we will choose the method we feel is best as outlined in the above paragraph.
