Description

Blue Note BST 94199 with New York USA address on both labels; 43 West 61st St. address on the bottom of the back cover. Record has "ear" and van gelder" inscribed in the dead wax 5 tracks with Joe Henderson, tenor sax; Ronnie Mathews, piano; Victor Sproles, bass; Billy Higgins, drums; Morgan, leader, trumopet. One label has 2 short red marker lines. Cover: VG+ or better. Old price written in red marker on the corner of the front cover (see scan). Intact with very light aging on the front and back cover. Record: VG+ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. There is 1 small(about 3/8" round) rub mark on Track 2, Side 2. This appears to only on the surface as I can not hear any audible noise from this spot. If there is noise, it is so subdued as to be barely audible and is masked by the agressive music. There are a few, very infrequent, light, short intervals of groove noise, again, barely audible. I have indicated in my rating the grading for this possible light noise. I have graded conservatively. Audibly checked.
