Blue Note Records CAT# BLP 1557
Original Mono Deep Groove pressing with the RVG and the ear in dead wax. 47 West 63rd New York 23 address labels on both sides and the back cover.
Vinyl is EX+ Condition only due to the label on side one is discolored (see pic) and beginning to lift away slightly but otherwise NM and plays as such.
Sleeve is EX due to yellowing where it was taped around the edge and a name sticker affixed to the back (see pics). It was taped only to prevent seam splits because there are no splits on this cover. The sleeve has some light storage wear but is still very presentable.
Very nice example that plays great!
