Description

This is the Van Gelder-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Lee Morgan “The Sidewinder” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4157.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster; small inaudible hairline on the first track of Side 2; perhaps played once.  The coated New York 23 cover has two nicks on the top seam – 1/8” and ¼”; the back slick has a light stain at the top and several spots at the bottom.  Blue Note inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Joe Henderson, Barry Harris, Bob Cranshaw, and Billy Higgins.  $100.00..
