Description
Up for auction is a USED copy of Lee Morgan's 1960 album "Leeway" released on Blue Note Records. Catalogue number is BLP-4034. This is a mono pressing with RVG and the ear mark in the dead wax. 47 West 63rd NYC labels. This is not a Liberty Records reissue. Vinyl is VG/VG- with some surface wear and some spindle marks. Not too bad. There is a little bit of static upon playback but is not that bad. Played back with an Ortofon MC 10 Super cartridge. The dead wax has some strange patterns or marks that do not clean off. It looks as if it is part of the vinyl. Not audible though. Mastered under the care of the legendary Rudy Van Gelder. Cover is VG/VG+ with very little wear. The front cover still has a nice gloss to it. The loer right hand corner has some creases. The Spine is in good shape and is readable. The back slick is clean with minimal discoloring or stains. In the second column, there is a name written in ink. C-O-L-E-Y is all we can make out. (see pictures) Comes with original Blue Note catalogue inner sleeve. Item shipped in a cardboard cover with cardoboard pads for extra protection. Also comes in a brand new outer plastic sleeve and a Discwasher inner sleeve. Comes from a non-smoking and pet-free environment. PayPal preferred. Insurance availible upon request. Shipped through the care of the United States Postal Service. International orders at cost. Please e-mail for international shipping rates.
