COMMENTS: This is an original Japanese pressing in great condition. Original booklet / insert is included and is also in very nice VG++ condition. Here are some notes on this LP taken from a recent auction "Ultra rare soundtrack to a 1974 Japanese television documentary series featuring the Ondes Martenot early electronic instrument, one of the toughest to find Martenot recordings in existence! This is a great, strange and brooding soundtrack with avant garde and world music touches, with the Martenot often the lead voice. The Ondes Martenot early electronic keyboard instrument was invented in 1928 with a design based on the Theremin but with added glissando and vibrato sound-shaping controls giving it a unique sonority and reverberation; it has been famously used by sonic experimenters like Radiohead, Zappa, Varese, Scelsi, Messiaen, etc. Includes beautiful illustrated insert booklet with Japanese notes."
