Warranty

All products sold by TronicsDirect come with full manufacturer warranty. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by TronicsDirect, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Please refer to warranty documentation included inside product packaging for complete details. Products returned to TronicsDirect for warranty service must be shipped prepaid.  TronicsDirect will return serviced products under warranty prepaid to the customer.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by TronicsDirect within 30 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us. A restocking fee will not apply if authorization is obtained. To set up a return for refund send us an e-mail message through eBay.

After 30 days from order date we will not accept returns for refund. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by TronicsDirect, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly.

Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us by UPS and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured.

Holiday Return Policy: Items ordered from TronicsDirect on or after November 21st maybe returned until January 16, 2015 for a full refund, subject to our return guidelines above. *Only items purchased directly from eBay will be eligible for this return policy.
