"Lego Feet - Lego Feet EP (SKA001)"

Along with the original Twoism 12" by Boards of Canada, as well as the super-limited MASK releases, the LEGO FEET EP (SKA001) is perhaps the rarest record available in the electronic music scene. Released back in 1990/1991 by a fledging label called 'SKAM Records', the owners of the label apparently drove around in their car/van distributing copies of the EP for promotional use. It never got a real release per-se, but it was available to buy in at least one record shop during that time. The artist still remains unknown, but the overwhelming opinion points to Booth/Brown of Autechre/Gescom fame. The music itself is great, with old-skool style samplage, and funky beats with addictive melodies. It would be another 2 or 3 years until the next release on the same label.

Painfully limited (probably only around 300 copies were pressed, though I couldn't confirm this), this is a real slice of electronic music history. I am incredibly fortunate to own TWO copies of this EP, and due to financial constraints (AKA, over-feeding a music addiction), I am now forced to put this up for auction. The copy I am selling is in MINT, UNPLAYED condition and is still seal-wrapped. This is probably your only chance to own a copy of this seminal work in its original condition.
