Lennie Niehaus "Lennie Niehaus Volume 3: The Octet, Number 2" 1955 Contemporary Records C-3503 mono. Oh man, this is a really great record! Niehaus just kills it with his first-call, all-star octet in a simply beautiful recording. Sleeve is in remarkable shape, with only light scuff here and there (see photos), light damage to edges and spine, but still an Excellent minus (EX-) sleeve. Vinyl is also great. Even under a strong light it's hard to find anything, maybe just a little scratch that's causing a light and short-lived click in A5; otherwise the whole experience is of a clean and quiet playback, with only occasional light crackle that stays tucked under the music, an Excellent minus (EX-) piece of vinyl. Copies like this one are why we love vinyl. Just cleaned with a VPI wet-vac system. I'll pay the shipping via USPS Media Mail.
