Nota : Originally released in 10" LP format as C2513 in 1954 with 8 tracks. Regarding this 1956 reissue in 12" form, a new Quintet session was recorded for additional program material.

This is a 12" press copy in beautiful condition !

Cover : EXC+ (VG++)

Very close to NM ! Beautiful cover very well preserved.

--- Front is EXC+ very close to NM (a very slight crease at top left ; a very small drill hole at bottom right near the corner).

--- Back is EXC+ very close to NM (a very slight crease at top right ; same very small drill hole at bottom left near the corner).

--- Top & Right slices are EXC+ (VG++) : very close to NM ; Bottom slice is EXC (VG+) : very slight wear signs ; Left slice is EXC- (strong VG) : some wear signs (NO split).

--- Corners are EXC+ (VG++) : just few very slight wear signs.

--- Original inner sleeve : YES

Audio : EXC+ (VG++)

The sound quality is great and impressive !

SIDE 1 (details) :

--- Track 1 is EXC+ (VG++) : NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO surface noises (almost inaudible) ; 1 very small repetitive tic (BARELY audible) due to 1 micro-scratch NON feelable (see Visual comment).

--- Track 2 is EXC- (VG) : NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO surface noises (almost inaudible) ; 1 small repetitive tic (audible during 1 minute) due to the same micro-scratch NON feelable (see Visual comment).

--- Tracks 3, 4, 5, 6 are NM : NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO tics ; NO surface noises (almost inaudible).

SIDE 2 (details) :

--- Tracks 1, 2 are NM : NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO tics ; NO surface noises (almost inaudible).

--- Track 3 is EXC- (VG) : NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO surface noises (almost inaudible) ; 2 small repetitive tics (audible during 35 secondes each one) due to 2 TINY surface marks NON feelable (see Visual comment).

--- Tracks 4, 6 are NM : NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO tics ; NO surface noises (almost inaudible).

--- Track 5 is EXC+ (VG++) : NO skips ; NO clicks ; NO tics ; Few small surface noises at the beginning (small cracklings).

Very close to NM ! The vinyl is visually beautiful.

This copy was probably played once or twice, not much more, with extremely care.

SIDE 1 (details) :

All tracks are NM (NO scratches ; NO feelable marks ; NO hairlines ; Few extremely slight superficial surface traces) except Tracks 1 & 2 because there is 1 micro-scratch NON feelable (0,6 inches) BARELY visible under light ; Beautiful luster (all tracks).

SIDE 2 (details) :

All tracks are NM (NO scratches ; NO feelable marks ; NO hairlines ; Few extremely slight superficial surface traces) except Track 3 because there are 2 TINY surface marks NON feelable BARELY visible under light ; Beautiful luster (all tracks).

Superb condition !
