This is the Lenny & Squiggy originally of Laverne & Shirley fame. Michael McKean (Lenny) and Christopher Guest ( Nigel Tufnel ) later appeared together in Spinal Tap and The Folksmen .
The keyboard player, Murphy Dunne , played with The Blues Brothers .Ming The Merciless (2) was once purported to be Kiss drummer Peter Criss (without "cat" costume and make-up), though Criss denied it was him. McKean has since stated it was drummer Don Poncher .
