Lenny Williams “How Can I Forget You” 2:30 / “Feelin’ Blue” 2:37 (US Galaxy 770) original American 7” vinyl single. Release date unknown?

Before Williams achieved world wide fame as lead singer with the Oakland, CA super group Tower Of Power, he’d signed his first recording contract with Fantasy Records who produced 2 singles by him on their Galaxy imprint.

Certainly rare and obscure the smooth up-tempo top side only features on the seldom seen issue copy; demos are “Feelin’ Blue” double sided.

One day this slick, soulfull dancer will break out of collector’s circles and gain the mass attention it needs and richly deserves.

e   Please check my 100% Feedback to give you confidence to purchase.

Please note unless stated: All label scans and sound clips added to my listings are taken directly from the copy offered up for auction.

Basic Postage: UK first class large letter £1.25p; Europe air mail small packet £2; Rest of the World air mail small packet £3.

For UK buyers I would much prefer payment by a good old fashioned cheque - if this isn't possible, payment through Paypal is just fine and dandy and the only method of payment I will accept for overseas buyers.

I always combine postage for multiple purchases but please wait for an invoice from me first.

All records are well packed with care and obsessive attention and generally posted within 2 days of payment received.

Where ever possible I always try to re-use packing materials to save my costs, your costs, to save waste and more importantly to reduce land fill.

I try and grade all records as accurately as my eyes and ears will allow.

But bear in mind I’m human just like you, so if you think I’ve made a mistake, get in touch straight away and a solution will be found.

Returns are acceptable if major error on my part with grading. But please contact me first to discuss.

Proof of postage is obtained for every item to aid tracking, recovery and compensation in the rare event of damage or loss whilst in the care of the Post Office.

Please check my other records for sale if time and inclination permits.

Onwards,

Derek
