Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.

• This is Sayer's second album that included 2 hits and reached #16 on the Billboard Album chart in 1974.
• This Promotional Copy is a First Pressing that has never been played.
• The Promo sticker is on the front cover and also printed on the label.
• The paper-on-board cover has tight seams and shows no wear.
• The original inner sleeve is the Warner/Reprise Loss Leaders catalogue.
• Bonus PR Photos: Three Warner Bros. Records promotional, 8x10 glossy press kit photos from 1979 and 1980.
  
• The photos are from the "Here" and "Living In A Fantasy" albums.
  
• These are one-owners that have been in storage for almost 40 years.
  
• This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from WB Records in 1974. It has been in storage for 42 years.
