This album was produced by Phil Spector and co-written by Mr. Spector and Leonard Cohen.  Mr. Spector also plays guitar and keyboards.  Other musicians include Hal Blaine, drums; Albert Perkins and "Sneaky Pete" Kleinow, slide pedal guitar; Steve Douglas, sax and flute; Charles Lper, trombone; Conte Candoli, trumpet; Don Kessel, organ and synthesizer; and Terry Gibbs, vibes.  Background singers include Bob Dylan, Alan Ginsburg, Mr. Spector, Clydie King and Ronee Blakley, who is featured on "True Love Leaves No Traces," "Iodine" and "Memories."
