Leonard Feather Presents Bop Mode MOD-LP #127 DG Mono LP. Original deep groove pressing with orange and black labels.

 Condition - Grading is Visual Under Bright Light

The cover is a solid VG+. The front cover graphics are beautiful and striking. There is a dark band across the top and a little ring on both sides along with a sticker on the front right corner. The corners show a little wear. Seams are nice with no splits. The back cover slick has sharp blue printing and is overall pretty clean. A pretty cover despite the flaws.

LP is a strong glossy VG+ with a few light marks and hairlines. Nothing feelable or serious on either side. Labels are clean and beautiful. A very pretty example of this rare Mode LP.  

Overall not perfect or NM but a nice copy of a rare jazz LP. This copy should make some collector very happy. Check out my other auctions for more rare and interesting records. Winning auctions may be combined to save postage cost. Check out my feedback for results of recent rare record auctions.

Grading

Grading is SS (still sealed), NM, VG+, VG. The myriad of grading systems on Ebay is a good indicator of the subjective nature of grading. In my opinion NM is close to perfect with one or two very minor flaws, VG+ is above average and collectable and VG is average used condition but probably the best choice for playing. I'm a collector and try to describe LPs as accurately as possible, the way I would want them described to me. The pictures should at least give a good indication of the condition of the covers and labels. Please see my seller feedback for comments on my grading. If you don't agree with how I'm calling a record that is your privilege but with all respect please don't bid.

Packaging

LP will be shipped outside of jacket in record bag and boxed for protection using an LP shipping box with cardboard stiffeners.

Terms and Payment

Low starting price and no reserve. Five day auction. Paypal only. Payment must be made within 48 hours of auction close or seven days for other forms of payment unless other arrangements are made before end of auction. 

Shipping and Insurance 

I don't profit from shipping. If an overage occurs I will refund the difference.

US

$4.00 Priority mail with free delivery confirmation in US. Insurance is optional but I cannot be responsible for uninsured shipments.  

International

Shipping methods are  First Class or Priority International. First Class cannot be tracked. Packages over four pounds must ship Priority. Please see shipping calculator for cost.

Refund Policy 

I stand behind what I sell, LP may be returned in original condition for a full refund minus return shipping costs if I am notified within three days of receipt of LP.  No rebates if you keep the LP. I don't end auctions early, there is no Buy It Now price, emails asking for a BIK price will be ignored. Good luck!
