Description
- Mozart - Mendelssohn - Leonid Kogan - Constantin Silvestri -
- Rare - Columbia - SAXF 138 - First original stereo French recording - - ( There is no UK edition )
- Record -
- Visual : Side A : EX+ ( near perfect ) /// Side B : EX only because of a two centimeters hairline at the very beginning of the side with absolutely no incidence on the sound . No marks on the labels .
- Evaluate under strong light -
- Listening :
- Side A : VG+ for the whole listening .
- Constant surface noise with moderate cracklings , more pronounced at the beginning during few minutes , then the surface noise is always present , but more quiet ... The second movement play very nice with only a slight surface noise ... there is some ticks near the end of the movement .... Nice . EX listening on the third movement , superb .
- Side B : EX
- Cracklings and some surface noise here and there ... Very nice playing during the Cadences ( no surface noise or cracklings ) Ex listening for the whole side . Very nice .
- Sleeve : Ex+ Some very slight humidity marks on the back ( no smell ) - see photos - The stereo sticker is present on a separate ( original ) plastic sleeve . Really splendid condition .
- Note : ( the record was re-put in selling because of non payement bidding - ) The record was cleaned and listened entirely . Except the tiny hairline at the beginning of the side B , the record looks NM in first look . I could told you that the record is "near mint " , like many sellers , but the reality is more subtil when you take time to look and listen for grading honestly and carefully .

- Records are ultrasonically cleaning with an Audiodesk vinyl-cleaner , then re-put in a new antistatic sleeve before selling -
- We try to describe the condition of the discs as accurately as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund in full, against the return of the item and in the same condition that you received (of course) . All the discs are examined several times on strong halogen light and listened entirely
