ALL of these Yazoos came from the late Roy Berkeley Collection.Old Time String Band Musician who recorded on Folkways in "The Old Reliable String Band" w/ Tom Paley.Roy lived in NY in the 50's,60's and early 70's.He was the first paid folksinger at "The Gaslight" in the village(read Dave Van Ronks book)Roy was also a photographer at the time and I have a huge box of original negatives and photos of Skip James,Mississippi John Hurt...as well as old time musicians that I will be selling eventually.
