GRADE:
VINYL: VG a noticable scratch on side 1 that doesn't hear through the music, otherwise would be a VG+
JACKET: This taken care of, only very very slight ringwear, very clean jacket
INNER SLEEVE: Original sleeve, very small split in middle of one side
MY GRADING SCALE: Please read before bidding.
"SEALED": Record is still sealed in the original packaging. Record is "as is" if opened. I do not believe in "Mint Records". "Sealed" is my highest grade given.
"NM" or "NM-":
"NM" - Looks unplayed. Very clean and shiny. No visible wear from handling, manufacturing or fingerprints and no scuffs or scratches.
"NM-" - Record may have one or two very minor areas of wear from inner sleeve handling, but is not scratched.
"VG+/VG/VG-":
"VG+" - Very clean and shiny, no fingerprints. Record will show areas of wear from inner sleeve handling or manufacturing. May have very slight scratches but they do not effect the overall sound experience.
"VG" - Record is clean, may show some lack of luster. May have more slight scuffs and scratches that cause very light ticks or pops when played. Record does not skip.
"VG-" - Record may not look clean but plays very well with very light ticks or pops noticeable here and there. Very visible scratches are possible but not many. I will describe these the best I can with grade. Record still does not skip.
"Scratch & Dent": Some records will carry value to people even if they are in bad condition. I will describe these the best that I can and provide the most accurate pictures possible under real sunlight. There is a possibility that these records may skip in areas on your record player. If they skip on mine I will notate what tracks they skip on.
The above grading refers to the condition of the actual vinyl. I do not take into consideration the condition of the label, however, if there is writing, sticker marks, or tearing on the label it will be notated along with the grade. I do not have a grading scale for the jackets and inner sleeves. I will describe these the best I can in the above description. (ex. I will still give a record a "NM" grade even if there is a blemish to the label or if the jacket is in very bad condition.)
