("fake" mono re-channeled from a stereo source)   General Description   A slightly changed cover-"layout", compared to the first press (that I had listed yesterday), now featuring the Odeon/EMI logo right on top of the title, superseding the prominent, well known Oden ?SEUL? logo. Also, French Odeon had changed its numbering system completely, switching to (C)LSO instead of OSX, hence meanwhile coming up with stereo editions, too. A policy introduced in Spring 1966 (with this title's second press already).

While a third press, at least in most cases, naturally isn't as rare as a first edition, it's still highly sought-after, for the French Odeon pressings basically weren't that high in number at all. During the 60s, a huge portion of the french demand for Beatles records had been covered by neighboring "big brother" German Odeon, which is why a) French releases were always pretty "late" and b) everything but a mass circulation.

You bid on a copy here that comes in a visually overall excellent condition, plus a sound audio of at least VG+. For the collector who still has "french leaks" in his record shelf, this copy is a perfect and lasting addition to the first press I have listed yesterday...   Aesthetics: I am a Collector, hence every record is stored (and will be sent) in a sophisticated way. Original cover, inner sleeve, prospective inserts, and/or whatever may come across, are stored separated. The vinyl sits in a neutral antistatic, padded inner sleeve, which is housed in a stable, neutral hard cover. For 1st pressings I use black, everything else goes to white ones. All together, it is protected by one (or more) transparent plastic sleeves. When sending out, this package goes to a brand-new professional record mailer.   Important: There's several options that are not changeable thru eBay's posting API. I tried to show all details and characteristics as close and best as possible. No writings, readable spine, good edges and folds, clear labels... I feel this copy to be in an EX grading state.

Very good mono audio sound quality. Background noises, easiest to determine between tracks. Still, in particular in view of old French Vinyl, a pleasure to listen to. Side A pretty much like Side B, almost identical. However, there's a very short skip at the end of "It's Only Love" on Side B, which is why I leave it to VG+ only.

• Grading Every record has been carefully graded visually by myself. Most records are audio-graded, too. I grade NMint, NM-, EX+/EX/EX-, as well as VG+/VG (VG- rarely).
• Shipping Flat rate, Europe & International, is USD 15, for Asia & Australia USD 19. Please note that there IS nothing like "Four Dollars". I basically ship everywhere. However, I do not ship to Russia as well as all other former Eastern block countries, Italy, Greece. If you reside in Southern America, please contact me prior to bidding.
