Description

A really nice French pressing from the 60s on the Odeon Label (red). Please Please Me issued to the French with the exclusive “beetle antenna” logo used only in France at the time both as a touring promotional logo and on French issued vinyl. An interesting little fact. Later this “beetle” logo disappeared as all the future re-releases went with the England born cover and title. I guess it only Please Pleased there for a short while (sorry). I added this record to my collection for the highly unusual and unique cover art, loved the bug connection with the initials on the beetle bug backs. Strange and true. Condition wise the cover has some shelf wear (please see provided photos for your condition concerns) with the vinyl being close to new. Nice and shiny. If you’d like to have an example of this unusual and unique world pressing with a different and country-exclusive Beatles logo this would be the cover to get. And it plays beautifully also. Thanks
