(Japan Victor SHP-5043 Stereo) 1958
Les Clover Boys. Groupe originaire de Montréal qui débute
au milieu des années 50 et qui fait partie des précurseurs
du rock québécois.
Les Clover Boys : un groupe des années 50's et 60's qui
étaient formé de Fernand Laroche (guitare),
David Saint-James (basse), Claude "Cookie" Lamarche (batterie)
et Pierre Brault (saxophone : Paul " Boogie " Gaudet).
A l'occasion de leur tournée au Mexique Les Clover Boys
participent au film " Poker de Reinas" en 1958 entouré de magnifiques
partenaires dont la plus belle femme de monde la française
Christiane Martel élue Miss Univers avec laquelle ils interprètent
un Rock and Roll endiablé.
C’est aussi à cette année qu’est publié leur premier album (trilingue),
uniquement distribué au Mexique et Japon.
L'album Mixican est de mauvaise qualité,
mais il s'agit d'un pressage japonais de haute qualité.
Un disque historique qui transmet au Japon l'enthousiasme
de la scène rock & roll québécoise des années 50 !
Très rare album original japonais. En très bon état.
Laminée pochette et disque en superbe état.
un petit trou dans le coin inférieur droit de la pochette.
pochette + vinyl dans un etat excellent meme 61 ans apres !
