Record is EX+ to MINT-: VERY SHINY & CLEAN with just a few barely visible superficial inaudible visual only scuff marks which don't affect play. Almost no spindle wear. Plays Great!!!

Cover is VG: top & bottom seams partially split; water damage at bottom edge; minor edge & corner wear; otherwise clean & sturdy.
