Description

This album I think is the first trully electric guitar music ever recorded. In 1933 an artist put a microphone on an acoustic guitar, but Les Paul invented the electric guitar, and this is his first recording made in 1949. This is a wonderful album of Hawaiian Music with of course the Les Paul sound, and the album itself is very near mint and certainly above very good. All of the surface issues with the album I think relates to just being dusty. I don't think there is any damage to the record at all. I am even affraid to clean it it is so pristine. This may be a once in a lifetime find for the hard core collector.  Les Paul and His Trio Decca Recording 1949 Hawaiian Paradise LP# 5018 GOOD LUCK
