LES PAUL & MARY FORD COLLECTION : Lester William Polsfuss, known as Les Paul, was an American jazz, country, and blues guitarist, songwriter, luthier, and inventor. He was one of the pioneers of the solid-body electric guitar, which made the sound of rock and roll possible. Mary Ford was his wife, who often sang with him in concerts and recordings.
1) Les Paul & Mary Ford - Their All-Time Greatest Hits! (1980) (SM/Capital-SLCR-8130)
Boxed 3-record set of their greatest hits -total of thirty tracks (see photo for complete list). CONDITION: Vinyl=NM-near mint (only played a few times), Box Set Cover+ NM near mint. ALBUM COVER SIGNED BY LES PAUL.
2) The New Sound - Les Paul (1951) - (Capitol-H-226) CONDITION: Vinyl= Good-some skips and scratches. Cover= Good- clean color but some cracking and tape on seams.
3) Les Paul’s New Sound with MARY FORD Vol.2 (1951) - (Capitol-H-286) CONDITION: Vinyl= Very Good, some skipping, Cover=VG, some tears in seams.
