Description
This is a beautiful first pressing of the 1963 Mercury STEREO SR 60849 vinyl LP Lesley Gore Sings of Mixed-Up Hearts by...well, never mind. I would grade the sleeve NM except for a slight problem with the lower right corner, where we find a little fraying and a slight seam split of about 15mm. Otherwise, there's no seam wear, ring wear, bends, tears, marks, or damage of any kind that I can see. The original inner sleeve is undamaged. Visually graded, the vinyl looks new. No marks, scratches, scuffs, wear of any kind. The label has no writing, marks of any kind, or spindle wear. The record plays at a solid NM, with nothing to interfere with an outstanding listening experience. (This is where I remind you that this is a 60-year-old record.) Discogs shows this record selling at a top price of 38.93. Goldmine values it at 40.00. Osborne 17th Edition (2004, most current I have) rated it at 30.00. I'm confident that this copy would fetch top price in all three systems. And I also note that mono versions of this record, in lesser condition than this, have sold recently at just under this price, and one sealed copy (which, IMHO, this copy would rival) sold for more than twice this. Don't let this one pass you by. As a bonus, I ship very quickly, and I package every record like I'm shipping it to myself.
