Note: This is the first issue that parodies the original 1972 cast album of Grease down to the "Lion Records" logo, the back cover is printed upside down. The first release was discontinued to avoid a lawsuit with Paramount Pictures (who own the rights to the film) and Universal Music Group (who own the rights to the songs featured in the film Grease). It was reissued with a different cover, (you have to admit it was a great parody cover). No creases or splits in the cover.
