This 12" library LP is from the UK library label, Joseph Weinberger.  This rare LP ranks as one of the most collectable from this series, for it has monster beats, plays out well on dance floors, has great beats/breaks for sampling, and it has psycho, spacey, sinister electronics on side one.  This is an amazing LP!  Tracks include Speed Sequence, Movin' It, Electronic Heart, Leavin' It, Rumbatronic, and Diggin' It.   (Listen below to a low bitrate sample.)  LP itself is graded at VG+ (VG at times due to light crackle and clicks on a few tracks that do not affect play...IE no skips), cover is in VG+ condition.
