  Originally issued on Combined Effort Records in 1988.
  
  A total of 4,166 Defiance 7"s were pressed on Vermiform from 4 individual pressings. Earlier pressings should have the original NY Vermiform address on the back of the sleeve and probably have a booklet and or double-sided lyric sheet. The later pressings will have a new Richmond, VA address sticker or have a Vermiform stamp on the inner sleeve and the new address written on the lyrics sheet. Some may not have a Life's blood booklet or double sided lyrics insert. The final pressing (in 1996) had printed inner sleeves and black labels with the Richmond address. All other presses had white labels and no printing on the reverse of the sleeve. New stampers and test presses were made for the final pressing; thus, records from this press will also have different matrix numbers. The earlier white label Vermiform records have the same matrix numbers as the original Combined Effort press - they used the same stampers.
  
  This version is the 1996 press with double sided sleeve with Richmond address and record with black labels with new matrix etching
