“Light Into Dark – a Chicago Music Compilation #1” vinyl LP from 1989 with inserts, limited to 1000 copies. This rare LP features the Smashing Pumpkins' first official release on vinyl - two very early pre-Gish demos, "My Dahlia" and "Sun". I purchased this new back when it was released and played it a few times; hasn’t seen a stylus in decades. I’m not a professional record grader, but if I had to give it a grade I would conservatively say excellent - I see a couple of marks on the vinyl (shown in close up) when I took it out for photos, but it played fine on that track with no issues.
