Play yer harmonica, son!

Excello LP-8000 is an original orange label US pressing of Rooster Blues, classic harmonica/guitar blues from Lightnin' Slim.  First the bad news:  Of the 12 cuts, 8 play with no skips, some noise but never distracting.  4 other cuts, Bed Bug Blues, Hoodoo Blues, It's Mighty Crazy, and Sweet Little Woman have one or two skips each but not consecutive skips so it's not too annoying.  Clearly a record that was played but still enjoyable.  The jacket has small red and blue ball point pen marks on the guitar and below the Slim on the front cover.  Seams are partially split.  No writing.

It is what it is---perfect costs about $500 or more.  If you can stand the imperfections, this one will give you a lot of enjoyment for a reasonable price.  If you can't stand it, return at your expense for a refund.
