Linda Perhacs Parallelograms LP original Kapp release, not a reissue.
This album is legendary and, of course, rare. Despite being rare, the music is very listenable and stands up to repeated listens. Possibly the most perfect example of the American psych-folk style. Comparisons to her music range from Cat Power to Joni Mitchell-on-acid. I'd also go on to say that it would apeal to fans of Damon and Naomi, Ghost, Nagisa Ni Te as well as Brazilian MPB music of the late 60's like Edu Lobo, Marcos Valle etc. These comparisons are not far afield but still don't manage to do this music justice. This is Linda Perhacs's sole release. Condition of the cover is VG+ and condition of the vinyl is VG+. This is a very quiet record at times and so a minimum of surface noise is evident in the quietest parts. There are no visible scuffs anywhere to be seen and the vinyl is very shiny.
