TEST PRESSING - NEVER PLAYED
Test Pressings are usually limited to 20 pressings.  These are given to the Artist, Management and the Production Department for approval before retail pressings begin.
I have never played this before, so I am not sure of the song.  I am guessing with the Elektra number (519) as the Back in the U.S.A. album.
