Description
Lita Roza - her own copy of a 10 inch 33rpm acetate of four songs on a single sided disc.
You'll never know .... completely different recording to the track on the Decca 10" LP 'Listening in the after hours'. Unreleased.
Black Magic .... completely different recording to the track on the Decca 10" LP 'Listening in the after hours'. This recording is very upbeat with a dynamic orchestra backing. Unreleased.
Oh Dear
Love is funny.
This acetate was mostly likely recorded around 1960 when Lita's singing voice was much more powerful and developed. The first two tracks listed have more depth and fullness than the earlier Decca recordings.
A rarity for any Lita Roza collector.
Recorded at Rendezvous Records - Manchester.
The disc is excellent to look at - plays VG with some surface noise and crackle, a few clicks, but no jumps.
Comes in its original plain sleeve.
Acetates are metal discs with a thin vinyl covering - usually given to artistes and producers for approval.
