Description

  • First pressing of the 1956 self-titled 45 RPM EP (Extended Play) from "Little Richard" (RCA Camden CAE 416, 1s/1s Indiana in dead wax) with original picture cover.
  • These tracks were recorded in the early 1950s for RCA Victor with little success. Once he hit it big RCA decided to capitalize on his success with this (and one other) extended play of those early tracks. Once again they sold poorly making these EPs some of the rarest of Little Richard recordings.
  • The vinyl is in beautiful condition with just a few light marks and some light occasional surface noise. The labels are near mint. The picture cover shows very little wear with crisp, clear graphics and liner notes and no writing, stickers, stains, tears or cutouts and just the beginning of a very small split in the bottom seam at the cover opening and a small crease on the front.
