Description

Media is Very Good and Sleeve is Very Good. The sleeve had a near full split on top and bottom. The splits were repaired using Scotch Create tape which meets ISO standards 18916, which is an acid-free tape that is permanent, but won't yellow or delaminate. I have been a collector for many years and this was the tape recommended by another collector I know. See the photos. The repair looks excellent and most people would not know a repair was performed. The tape is trimmed downed to 9mm so there are 2mm on the edge and 3.5mm on the front and back. The tape is also stronger than Filmoplast P that I use for smaller splits. That tape is the best to use because it meets all archive quality standards used to preserve paper in documents in the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian Institution. That tape can be removed without causing any damage. The absolute best to repair most minor splits.
Plays well with no skipping or loud pops. Every record I list is played from start to finish on both sides listening with a set of Bose headphones. If there are any flaws during the playing, I will note that in the listing. There are minor scratches and scuffs scratches on each side that do not affect the playing of the record. (See Photos) Very light normal crackles when playing between tracks and no deep scratches. Record was cleaned with the Spin Clean system. Mobile-Fidelity static and scratch free inner sleeve included. Record is removed from the sleeve and placed in an Invest-in-Vinyl brand 3 Mil. Clear Plastic Protective LP Outer Sleeve on top of the record to prevent sleeve damage when shipping. Record is shipped in a high-quality protective Whiplash brand record shipping box and is wrapped with new 12" wide bubble pack on all 4 edges. (See photo) This is why the shipping cost is a little higher than most sellers. Shipping to US 48 lower states only.
