Rare Original early 1976 recordings from Crazy Cavan 'n' the Rhythm Rockers (including Lyndon Needs), Flying Saucers (Sandy Ford) & The Hellraisers (featuring Graham Fenton , before he fronted Matchbox with Rockabilly Rebel etc)
L.P on Charley label recorded live at Picketts Lock 15th May 1976 supporting the rock 'n ' roll radio campaign that eventually got Stuart Coleman on radio one!!! was a great gig I was there and am on group photo on rear cover in green drape, my mate there in my grey drape (both recently sold here on eBay, more drapes to sell soon).
Great sleeve notes and photos of many of the London charictors on the scene Sunglasses Ron (RIP) etc.
somewhere i have program from this gig which i will put on when i find it found it! see pictures its included in sale....rare as hens teeth!
must be worth a bit to Cavan, Matchbox, Saucers fans / Rockabilly collectors, or to go with the drape if you bought it!

all great bopper' s, that always filled the dance floors.
in my opinion these guys were the 3 best bands playing circuit in the day,
I used to d.j behind all the pub and club bands around this time, sadly none were ever as famous as they should have been but they at least stayed with their rockabilly roots! and gained rockabilly early recognition in this country with this the radio show on radio one and later a few showings on top of the pops, opening the way for more commercial bands like the stray cats etc.
great live atmospheric gig....one two three four listen to the Teddyboy's roar, one two three four five rock 'n' roll is still alive!!!! happy days ;-)
