I’m selling a large chunk of my record collection to help finance my girlfriend’s engagement ring. I’m a just a dude—probably a lot like you—who likes listening to music. This is the first time (and probably the only time) I’ll sell records on Ebay. If you’re thinking about bidding, please do – you’d really be helping me out. Please check out the rest of my albums for sale- there are some gems. many Phish and Grateful Dead items. Also, if you buy more than one record, I’ll combine shipping - $1 for each addition record.

Even though selling records is not a normal business for me, I’ll do my best to grade records honestly and get them shipped out quickly. Here’s some boilerplate (copied from a professional seller) about grading and shipping:

MINT = Sealed Never Opened or Played.

NM = No visible flaws in vinyl.

NM- = Close to NM but a faint scuff or hairline may be present.

VG++ = Very minimal light scuffs or hairlines present.

VG+ = A few light scuffs/hairlines/surface marks visible on the vinyl. Some occasional light surface noise possible. 

VG = Scuffs and small surface scratches visible on the vinyl. Light surface noise probable.

GD = Scratches visible, surface noise apparent. This record has probably been stacked on a turntable or stored out of the cover. A very well played record. Just a record to fill in until a nice one becomes available.

All record grading is visual unless it is listed as being played prior to sale in the description. A few LP's may have flaws in the vinyl or some surface scratches that may be questionable and I WILL play these prior to sale, if they play without skips or excessive noise I will list it in the description as such.

USPS Media  Mail in the U.S.A. is $4 and I combine shipping for $1 each additional LP.

USPS 1st Class International Shipping to Canada is $15.49. I combine shipping for $3.50 each additional LP up to a total of 4 pounds.

USPS 1st Class International Overseas Shipping is $21.49. I combine shipping for $3.50 each additional LP up to a total of 4 pounds.

USA POST OFFICE REQUIRES THAT ALL OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS (INCLUDING CANADA AND MEXICO) WITH A WEIGHT OF 4 POUNDS OR MORE (USUALLY SIX RECORDS OR MORE INCLUDING PACKING MATERIALS) MUST SHIP VIA PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL, WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.  THE US POST OFFICE NO LONGER OFFERS ECONOMY/SURFACE MAIL
