Description
Flautist Lloyd McNeill,Marshall Hawkins, b; Eric Gravatt, d; Eugene Rush, elec. p. along with a woodwind quintet that includes Andrew White on oboe, play "The Washington Suite" on a rare self produced label, ASHA 3. The tunes are Home Rule, Just 71% Moor, 2504 Cliffbourne Place, Fountain in the Circle,City Tryptych, Fountain in the Circle.
This is a somewhat hard to find album, a work composed for the Capital Ballet Company of Wahington, D.C. and recorded March 22nd, 1970.
Side one of the record is in VG+ shape, as is side two, however there are two small pressing bubbles on track 3 and also one in the dead wax. These bubbles do not hinder the play. The cover is also in VG+ shape, there is slight ringwear on the back cover and there is some fraying of paper at the seams; there are no seam splits. All in all a nice copy of this record.
