Description
We are not record experts. It appears that these records are in good shape and none of them have writing on them and the vinyl looks good but played alot. They were stored in a proper record environment and the sleeves are in good shape without any seam splitting except for one that has a one inch seam split. They, have no musty cellar smell. . They were part of a collection from a neighbor-- musicologist and there are a lot of others we are selling on out site--mostly classical to come. There are two albums of the anthology Beatles 1962-1966. One has a lot of wear with scratching and scuffing while the other does not have that kind of wear. Sgt pepper of Columbia Records has more scuffing and scratching on side two and the second and third song have the most (you can see a photo) . Most of the records have been played with light scratching. The Hollywood one has the most scratching. We have sold others and received positive feedback about the description. The same owners owned them. Most have inner paper with pictures or lyrics. Cutout for Sgt pepper is perfect but not inner paper. Sgt Pepper Lonely hearts has insert. And a one inch seam split. I took more pictures of that because I see that there are many ways to determine if it is collectible or not . Beatles 1962-1966 (two albums--husband and wife!) We would be happy to try to send more photos. Please know that we are newbies in describing things and use Sonos and have not way to play them. We try to exceed expectations in delivery and not to be overly enthusiastic especially in arenas where we do not know. Thanks for looking.
