The description of singles is by visual inspection. Since the photographs are taken with a sharp flashlight it's possible that there are dust particles in the photo. Up for bidding or buying is this ultra rare demo/promo single by Lon and Derrek van Eaton, these demos are becoming highly collectible and are the ultimate goal of every singles collector. The date on A and B side label is 9.3.73 (making it one of the last apple label demo single, excluding the solo Beatles members) which together with the large A on the a side and wording demo record nor for sale (this is on both labels) identifies this single as a real one intended for dj's to promote and plug. Condition: record VG++ to EX, record has no writings on labels !! The known and issued picture sleeve of this single is NOT included, if it was (or I should say, if it could be included) it would surely triple the value !!
