Description
Hi! You're looking at a excellent and NEAR MINT- condition ORIGINAL ISSUE LP which is RARE and hard to find and a beautiful FULL STEREO recording and BLUEBACK cover copy on the London ffss label--the LP bears the serial number CS 6090. The LP has a NEAR MINT- condition cover with a small ID sticker in the upper left corner of the front cover, a small abrasion on the upper right corner of the front cover, and light shelfwear; the vinyl is in NM- condition also with a couple of light paper scuffs that should not affect play on side 2 and otherwise virtually FLAWLESS vinyl. The LP features a brilliant performance of the "Trout" Quintet of FRANZ SCHUBERT (Piano Quintet in A Major). The performance is by CLIFFORD CURZON, piano, with members of the VIENNA OCTET: WILLI BOSKOVSKY on violin, GUNTHER BREITENBACH on viola, NIKOLAUS HUBNER on cello, and JOHANN KRUMP on double-bass.
